So 2017 is finally here!
With less than 5 months to the opening of IMM 2017 in Westport House, preparations are in full swing. The Christmas period was one of relative quiet for the Team, with everyone enjoying some time off work and time with their families. Its now time to put our IMM hats back on and get right back into the thick of it.
Ticket sales were strong over the holiday period with numbers of tickets sold steadily increasing. Thanks to all those who have already purchased their tickets, and also a reminder to anyone thinking of waiting to purchase theirs.
Tickets prices for IMM 2017 will increase on March 17th so be sure to get in before then.
Your IMM ticket will allow you access to the site from Thursday 25th – Monday 29th May and you will receive a welcome pack and goodie bag upon entry. All attendees must purchase a ticket as this is what allows us to issue each individual with an armband for admittance to the site. While those under 16 years of age are free, they still need to apply for their ticket for Health and Safety and logistical reasons.
Stuart @ firstname.lastname@example.org will deal with any issues arising from tickets not issued correctly etc.
We will have IMM Team representatives at Bingley Hall at the end of the month for anyone that would like to purchase tickets in person. They will also be able to answer any other questions you may have in relation to the event.
A reminder for all traders that wish to purchase a pitch for trading at the IMM. All of the information was sent out to our list of traders back at the end of November. If you did not receive an email or contact was not made with you, please contact Jocelyn/Paul Kelly at email@example.com They will provide you with the necessary information and forms via email.
We received some messages over the holidays in relation to the information sent out and want to be sure that everyone interesting in trading has the opportunity to purchase a pitch for trading. Obviously we want to provide the best experience for the traders and the attendees at the event.
Anyone that is interested at sponsoring any part of the IMM 2017 event should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with the relevant details. We have a range of packages available to suit all levels.
All attendees will be receiving the welcome pack with all details of traders and sponsors enclosed and the Event Programme will also be included. This will also be on sale on the Sunday for day visitors.
Congratulations to our competition winner, Mark Pearson, from the UK. Mark was drawn out of the hat on New Years Day for the hamper of IMM goodies and some Irish beverages. We are reliably informed that these will not see past the Friday night of the IMM.

A reminder for those of you that may want a different experience of the IMM rather than the standard old tent. Westport House have a limited number of Glamping tents available for hire for the IMM event. There is still availability for a number of these Glamping tents so if you are interested don’t hesitate to get them booked. We have a dedicated area setup for anyone that is Glamping.
